ABOUT US
Matthew Rosen, MD started the practice in 2000 along with his wife, Chris Ellen Ogin, MD. In 2018, Dr. Ogin started LumaDoc Health, PA, a Direct Primary Care Practice. That same year, Katherine Chan, MD joined Seminole Sports & Family Medicine, PA. Dr. Rosen is Board Certified in Family Medicine and fellowship trained and Board Certified in Sports Medicine. Dr. Chan is also Board Certified in Family Medicine.
The practice is not currently accepting new patients.
